Meeting Details:
- 9 am - 6 pm on February 22, 23, 24th (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- there will be breaks for lunch on your own
- there will be lots of time to socialize and network

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS of the registration fee for this event, because the venue must be paid in full, up front, for the conference room.
HOTEL DETAILS: The UnCon will take place at the Club Quarters at 424 Clay Street, San Francisco 94111, which is located in the Financial District [across from Embarcadero One] See *** below for website, pictures, maps, etc.
We have a block of guest rooms at Club Quarters available at a special rate for conference attendees:
THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY nights
- Run of House (Club/Standard) room with queen bed -- $139/$149
- Superior room ($179)
NOTE: Room rates are based on single occupancy. Add $18 per additional person per room, per night. Room rates do not include taxes.

RESERVATIONS: You may book your room at the special UnConference rate by using the group reservation phone number, group code, and dedicated weblink, which will be provided in your confirmation email after you register.
NOTE: The special UnCon rate is available until January 20th 2018. However, the room block is limited. Once they are all booked, we cannot get any more at this rate. We recommend that you book your room quickly! (In the past the rooms have sold out within 48 hours)
Club Quarters ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY:
Credit card required to guarantee room. $50 USD charge for cancellation after 12 pm the day before arrival. 100% of first night for cancellation after 12 pm day of arrival.
So mark your calendars!
[NOTE: If there is an emergency and you do have to cancel, there are usually people who would like a room, so you might be able to work out a substitution. But that would have to be arranged between individuals. The group rate expires officially on January 20, 2019, and the hotel is under no obligation to provide the group rate to any reservation after that point.]
